4. Fees and Payments

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription or contract. Taxes, where applicable, may be added. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
